1. Nature of Products
Technocrat Mouldings Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “us”) manufactures and supplies heavy-duty, high-value industrial footwear sole-making machinery.
All machines are capital equipment, involving substantial weight, customised specifications, specialised logistics, and technical installation.
Accordingly, our products are not consumer goods and are sold strictly on a business-to-business (B2B) basis.
2. No General Returns / No Order Cancellation After Dispatch
Due to the industrial and customised nature of our machinery:
- No return, cancellation, or refund is permitted after dispatch, except in the limited cases defined in this Policy.
- Change of mind, incorrect selection by the buyer, commercial reasons, project delays, or buyer’s internal decisions shall not be grounds for return or refund.
Once a machine is dispatched, the sale is considered final.
3. Limited Cases Where Return May Be Considered
A return, repair, or replacement may be considered only in the following case:
Manufacturing Defect
A defect that:
- Exists at the time of dispatch, and
- Is confirmed by inspection of the Company’s technical team or authorised representative.
Reporting timeline:
The buyer must notify the Company within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of delivery.
4. Non-Returnable Scenarios
Returns shall not be accepted in any of the following cases:
- Improper installation, operation, or maintenance
- Electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, or mechanical damage at the buyer’s site
- Power fluctuation, unsuitable utilities, or site conditions
- Modification, dismantling, or servicing by unauthorised personnel
- Normal wear and tear
- Delay in reporting beyond the prescribed timeline
- Machines that have been commissioned, partially installed, or used
5. Inspection, Authorisation & Final Decision
- All return requests are subject to technical inspection by the Company or its authorised inspector.
- The Company’s inspection report shall be final and binding.
- No machine shall be returned without written Return Authorization (RMA) issued by the Company.
- Machines returned without RMA shall be rejected without liability.
6. Logistics, Handling & Associated Costs
Considering the heavyweight and high logistics cost of industrial machinery:
- Where return is approved due to a confirmed manufacturing defect:
- Repair or replacement shall be the preferred remedy, at the Company’s sole discretion.
- If the return is approved under exceptional circumstances:
- The buyer shall bear:
- Transportation (both ways)
- Loading and unloading charges
- Inspection and handling charges
- Minimum 10% restocking and depreciation charge

7. One (1) Year Warranty
All machines supplied by Technocrat Mouldings Pvt. Ltd. carry a standard one (1) year limited warranty from the date of delivery.
Warranty Coverage:
- Manufacturing defects in mechanical and structural components
- Defects confirmed by the Company’s technical inspection
Warranty Exclusions:
- Electrical components, consumables, and wear parts
- Damage due to power fluctuations, improper utilities, or site conditions
- Improper installation, misuse, or unauthorised modification
- Normal wear and tear
The warranty obligation is limited strictly to repair or replacement of defective parts.
Warranty does not imply any right to return, replacement of the entire machine, or refund.
8. Refund Policy (If Applicable)
- Refunds are not the primary remedy and will be considered only if repair or replacement is not feasible.
- Approved refunds shall:
- Be processed within 14 working days after inspection clearance
- Be adjusted against applicable charges
- Be paid via bank transfer / NEFT only
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Company’s total liability shall not exceed the invoice value of the machine supplied.
- The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of production, loss of profit, or business interruption.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Policy and all related transactions shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Haryana or New Delhi, at the sole discretion of the Company.

12. Policy Acceptance
By placing an order, making payment, or accepting delivery of any machine, the buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted this Return, Refund & Warranty Policy.
