From One Machine to Market Leader

He didn't start with ambition — he started with fear. A family separation split the business, and he walked away with a single machine into a rented 2,250 sq ft unit, with no plan for how things would move forward. We didn't treat him as a sale; we treated him as a partner. We handled machine and electrical installation, connected him to trained labour and raw-material suppliers, and solved the real constraint: his factory had only a 50 kW power connection. By altering the machines and fitting VFD drives, we ran four machines on that same 50 kW line — capacity competitors said wasn't possible. One machine became twelve. The rented unit became his own plant — 8,000 sq ft running, 8,000 more under construction. Today he is the biggest TPR sole manufacturer in Bahadurgarh, supplying multiple brands and expanding every year. And here's the part worth sitting with: the same man, the same rented walls at the start, the same 50 kW power line, the same competitive TPR market every manufacturer faces — nothing about his luck changed. The engineering and the partnership did, and that is available to anyone willing to build.
“They didn't just sell me a machine — they stood with me, and I am thankful for their support.”
